Web development that loads before your visitor gives up

Hand-coded builds with a performance budget enforced before anything ships. If a page is slow, it does not launch.

01The problem

Open five Sri Lankan business websites on your phone, on mobile data, and count the seconds. Most take four to eight. A significant share of visitors leave before the page finishes, and every one of them was someone who was actively looking for what you sell.

This is almost never a hosting problem. It is a build problem: a heavy theme, fifteen plugins, four tracking scripts, six unoptimised images and a font loaded from three different servers. Each addition seemed harmless. Together they cost you customers every single day.

We build differently. Performance is a budget agreed at the start and checked at every step, not something measured after launch and apologised for. This very site ships around 17 KB before fonts, and scores 100 on Lighthouse. That is the standard we hold your project to.

02What's included

Hand-built front end

Written, not assembled. That is the difference between a site that loads instantly and one that loads eventually.

Performance budget, enforced

We agree limits on page weight and load time before we start, and check against them at build time. Exceeding the budget blocks the launch.

A CMS your team can use

Edit text and images without calling us. Structured so nobody can accidentally break the layout.

Core Web Vitals passing

LCP, CLS and INP all in the green on a mid-range Android, not just on a fast laptop.

Integrations that work

Payment gateways, CRMs, booking systems, WhatsApp: connected properly and tested, not bolted on with a plugin.

Security and backups

Automatic backups, HTTPS, security headers and a stack with far less to attack than a plugin-heavy install.

This is for you if

  • Businesses whose current site is slow and losing mobile visitors
  • Companies that need real functionality, not just brochure pages
  • Anyone whose WordPress install has become a maintenance liability
  • Teams that need to update content themselves without breaking anything

Probably not, if

If you need a complex web application (a marketplace, a SaaS product, a logistics platform), that is a different discipline and a different budget. We will point you towards people who do it well.

03How it runs
  1. 01

    Agree the budget

Page weight, load time and Lighthouse targets, written down before a line of code is written.

  2. 02

    Build the system

Components, not pages. Build the pieces once, assemble every page from them, and the whole site stays consistent and fast.

  3. 03

    Test on real conditions

Throttled to Sri Lankan mobile data on a mid-range Android. If it is not good there, it is not done.

  4. 04

    Launch and hand over

Deployment, analytics, search console, and a walkthrough of how to run it. Plus documentation you can hand to someone else.

04What you get
  • A complete, tested, production site
  • CMS access with a walkthrough for your team
  • Analytics and Google Search Console configured
  • Performance report against the agreed budget
  • Full source code, yours to own outright
Starting fromLKR 45,000

Design and build together starts at LKR 45,000 for a focused site. Larger builds with a CMS typically start around LKR 80,000.

05Questions
What do you build with?

Mostly Astro and hand-written CSS and JavaScript for marketing sites, because it produces the fastest possible result. Shopify for e-commerce where it fits. We pick per project rather than forcing everything through one tool.

Can I edit the site myself afterwards?

Yes. We build in a CMS for anything you will realistically want to change, and walk your team through it before handover. Structural changes still come back to us, which is deliberate: that is what keeps the site looking right.

Do I own the code?

Completely. Full source, handed over at launch. No licensing, no lock-in, no holding your site hostage to keep you on a retainer.

What about hosting?

We deploy to a global CDN, which is both faster and cheaper than typical shared hosting, often free at your traffic level. You own the account.
