We started this because Sri Lankan businesses deserve better than a template.

01Where this started

Sri Lankan Websites started from a simple frustration: too many good businesses in this country are represented online by a website that undersells them. A slow theme, a stock photo, copy that could belong to any company in any industry. Meanwhile the same businesses are genuinely excellent at what they do, and the website just never said so.

At the same time, going the other direction meant paying an overseas agency in dollars for work that could be done here, to the same standard, without the exchange rate tax.

So we built the thing that was missing: a studio that designs and builds at an international standard, prices in LKR, and understands specifically how Sri Lankan customers browse, search and buy, because we are building for them too.

02How we workPrinciples

Speed is a design decision

Most Sri Lankan business sites take six seconds to load on mobile. We treat that as a design failure, not a technical footnote to fix later.

Built for how people here actually browse

Mid-range Android, mobile data, one hand, in a hurry. If a site only feels good on a MacBook on office WiFi, it is not finished.

Search is part of the build

A beautiful site nobody finds is an expensive business card. SEO and AI search visibility are engineered in from the first line.

We would rather do fewer, better

Every project done properly, not rushed to make room for the next one. That is why our work looks the way it does, and why we will tell you honestly when we are not the right fit.

03Our edge

Why we talk about GEO so much.

We have worked directly with AI visibility platforms, the kind of companies that measure how ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity describe a brand for a living. That work put us inside the problem early: most Sri Lankan businesses have no idea what AI assistants are currently telling their customers about them.

That is why GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) runs through everything we build now, not just projects for AI companies. We saw early how much of buying research is quietly moving away from a traditional search results page, and we built the discipline to respond to it before most agencies in this market had heard the term.
