That happens because the site was treated as a checkbox rather than a sales tool. Someone needed a website, so someone built a website. Nobody asked what a visitor is trying to work out when they land on it, or what would make them pick you over the four other tabs they have open.
We start there instead. Before we open a design tool, we write down who is buying, what they are comparing you against, and what specifically is going to make them choose you. The design is just that argument, made visual.

We map every page and what it has to accomplish before choosing a single colour. Fixing structure later is expensive; fixing it now is a conversation.

Homepage and the two or three pages that matter most, at real sizes on real devices. You react to something concrete rather than a description.

Once the direction is agreed, the rest of the site follows the system. Two rounds of revisions are included at each stage.

No. Themes and builders are why so many sites look alike and load slowly. We design from scratch and build by hand. If you need a CMS to edit content, we build one in, so you get the editing convenience without the bloat.
How many revisions do I get?
Two rounds at each stage, which in practice is enough for almost every project. We would rather spend the time getting the brief right up front than cycling through revisions afterwards.
Can you redesign my existing site instead of starting over?
Often, yes, and sometimes that is genuinely the cheaper, smarter option. We will look at what you have and tell you honestly whether it is worth building on or worth replacing.
